Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO)

Essig develops repairs for economical part restoration. We develop procedures to meet restoration requirements and applicable specifications based on part configuration and metallurgy process documents with 3-D illustrations and cross-sections. Essig also designs and procures new production tooling and fixtures as required for repair and inspection. We are also able to demonstrate the procedure and tooling with on-site training and production support.

  • Repair Development

Essig’s team of repair development engineers are skilled in the development and implementation of new repairs including the creation of procedure documentation. We develop repairs, write the Repair Documents and perform the actual demonstration and validation of the First Article Repair.

  • Tool & Fixture Design

Essig designs and builds tools and fixtures required for Jet Propulsion Tooling. Our experienced team delivers part design and tool assembly layout, as well as detailed tooling design and validation from conception through to execution.

  • Technical Publications

Essig delivers technical illustrations, technical publications, as well as document management process and procedure services.
